Return Policy – Shuflower
At Shuflower, we take great pride in our carefully crafted candles and cups. We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we welcome you to reach out to us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
Our return policy is as follows:

Items must be unused and in original, intact packaging.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from shuflower.com. Items bought from resellers or third-party platforms are not eligible.

To initiate a return, please email us at shuhua66688@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. An order number is required to process your request.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

The product has been used or the packaging is damaged;

The item was not purchased on our official website;

You cannot provide a valid order number;

The request is made after the 30-day return window;

The reason for return is purely personal (e.g. "It looks different than expected").
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the item and your order number in the email so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.
If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons (e.g. changed your mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable carrier. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Returns will be inspected within one week of receipt. Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
