Returns and Refunds
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges if the product has been opened, worn or used. To request a return, please contact our customer support team (shuhua66688@gmail.com) to agree to the return and get instructions on how to do it. If the customer wants to return the product for subjective reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer even if the package is not opened.
Incorrect product ordered
If you change your mind or realize that you ordered the wrong product, please contact our customer service (shuhua66688@gmail.com) and we can change or cancel your order before the product is shipped from our warehouse.
If your product has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to make changes.
Received the wrong product
What if your wrong order has already been shipped? Or what if the product sent to you is wrong? There are two ways to get a refund:
1. Please refuse the package when it arrives and mark it "Return to Sender".
2. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and we will be happy to guide you through the return process.
Product Not Received
If your product has not been delivered at all or is lost, please contact our customer service (shuhua66688@gmail.com), we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier and then arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
